Course Structure

The Microsoft IT Academy utilises a blended learning model, integrating face-to-face teaching with practical consolidation undertaken in a virtual environment that eliminates the necessity for advanced hardware resources and reflects the technologies now used in industry. An e-learning environment is also available for those requiring consolidation and preparation exercises for the Internet-based certification assessments. Microsoft Academy graduates are prepared for networking and IT-related careers in the public and private sectors, as well as for higher education in engineering, computer science.  In addition those currently employed or in education are able to enhance their productivity through Microsoft Office courses and then gain certification to prove competency to employers.  Institutions that are aiming to become trained in that course prior to delivery.  GRA is able to work with you to train your instructors in addition to all staff in office and your technical staff leading to professional certifications.

A number of different Microsoft Certified Professional courses are available to enhance the knowledge base for those wishing to enter the field of networking administration or network design.  MCP courses may be taken in individual products or combined in a route to the MCDST, MCSA and MCSE certification.
